Mama Edie McLoud Armstrong, master storyteller, performs with Ms. Dee Gordon at the Garfield Park Conservatory on November 14, 2019 at 3 pm.
Mama Edie is a recipient of the IL Arts Council Agency’s master-apprentice award for 2019 and will perform with her apprentice Dee Gordon. Funding for this event is made possible through Mama Edie’s MAP grant from the IACA and the National Endowment for the Arts.
