The Arts Work Fund for Organizational Development is a funder collaborative created to help strengthen the management and operations of small arts and cultural organizations in Chicago and Cook County. We are very pleased to announce that Company of Folk received a grant to work with consultant Amy Wishnick to complete an organizational assessment and planning process to help the organization conceptualize next steps to strengthen their capacity and impact of their work.
The staff and board of Company of Folk are interested in planning for smart organizational growth, building upon the successful increase in programs and revenue that have occurred in the past few years. Consultant Amy Wishnick will create a set of actionable recommendations that will increase the organization’s capacity and create a foundation for growth.
